01Who we are

GrowAndRank Digital Agency (“GrowAndRank”, “we”, “us”) is a full-stack studio founded and run by Usman Ali. We design, build, host and grow websites, stores and web apps for clients around the world. You can reach us about privacy at any time at hello@growandrank.com.

02What this website collects

Browsing this site does not require an account, and the site itself does not set cookies, run advertising trackers or store anything in your browser. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own hosting, so your visit is not shared with font or video services.

• Server logs: like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each request (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you.
• Analytics: we do not run analytics on this site today. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, we will update this page before it goes live.

03When you send us a brief

When you send the brief form on our contact page, the details you enter (your name, email, business, the service you need, budget, timeline and message) are emailed to our inbox through our business email provider (Alibaba Mail, provided by NamesLink), and you receive one email confirming we got it. We use your details only to reply, quote and deliver your project, and we never add you to a mailing list.

If you book a call, the booking service you use shows its own privacy notice. Messages you send us on Instagram are handled by Meta under its own policy. We keep enquiries that don’t become projects for up to 12 months, then delete them.

04When you become a client

To deliver a project we may hold your name, business details, contact details, the content you give us, and access to accounts we need (such as your domain, hosting, Shopify or Google tools). We use this only for your project, keep access no longer than the work needs, and hand every account back to you. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the work, such as hosting, payment and communication providers, and with team members working on your project, each under a duty of confidentiality, or where the law requires it.

06Websites we build for you

When we build a site that collects your customers’ data (forms, orders, bookings, analytics), you are responsible for that data and for the privacy notice on your site. We help you set this up properly and can write a notice for your site on request.

07Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Email hello@growandrank.com and we will reply within a few working days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

08Children

This site and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

09Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date above. Significant changes for existing clients will be told to them directly.
