01Using this website

You may browse and share this site freely. The design, text, code, videos and images on it belong to GrowAndRank or to the clients whose work we show, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Prices and examples on the site are starting points, not offers; your quote is the final price.

02Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a free call and a written quote that lists what is included, the price and the expected timeline. Work starts once you accept the quote and the first payment arrives. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only done after you approve it in writing.

03Payments

• One-time builds: 50% to start and 50% at launch, unless your quote says otherwise.
• Monthly plans: billed monthly in advance, for the minimum term stated in your quote, then month to month.
• Third-party costs you choose, such as your domain, hosting, Shopify plan, paid apps, fonts, stock images or AI usage, are paid by you, and we list them before work begins.
• If an invoice is more than 14 days late, we may pause work until it is paid.

04Your part

Projects run on time when we get what we need: content, product details, logins and feedback within a reasonable time. If the project stalls on our side, we tell you; if it stalls for more than 30 days waiting on materials or feedback, we may reschedule it and invoice for the work completed so far.

05Revisions and approval

Each stage includes the rounds of changes listed in your package. We ask you to approve the design before we build and the finished site before launch. Changes after approval, or beyond the included rounds, are quoted as extra work.

06Ownership

Once your project is paid in full, you own the website, its content and its code made for you, and every account (domain, hosting, store, analytics) is in your name. Open-source tools, themes, plugins and licensed assets stay under their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to in writing.

07Results

We build to modern standards for speed, accessibility and search, and we report honestly on results. Rankings, traffic and sales depend on search engines, competitors and your market, so we cannot guarantee a particular position or outcome, and nobody honestly can.

08After launch

We fix bugs in our own work that you report within 30 days of launch at no charge. After that, fixes, updates and new features are covered by a monthly plan or quoted separately. Problems caused by changes made by others, third-party services or hosting outside our care are not covered.

09Ending a project

Either side may end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point, and we hand over everything paid for. Monthly plans can be cancelled with notice after their minimum term.

10Limits of liability

We take care with everything we build, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Projects already under way keep the terms agreed in their quote.
